Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born in a small desert village. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Vrondiss never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her childhood dream was to be a Bowyer, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by her family; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
