History: Kaladan hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Marshal.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
