History: Bethrynna was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Malquis lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has set out to sabotage the competition.
