Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Bather business.
History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with black slacks. Her auburn hair is braided into rings. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Laborer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

His hair is long and black with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He is baby faced.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her first spouse was a Dyer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.
