Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fistula fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and wants to open a new tavern

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to pay off her debts
