Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Perra was born with her father's beautiful face. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Perra never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
