Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugolina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugolina. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
