Personality: He is a Mayor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Maagog was born with his mother's beautiful face. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He got into the Actor business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Interpreter, but he was a colossal failure. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
