History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born in the east to a Banker, Neega learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors.
