Her black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her tan boots flare out at the collars. Her blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Armorer. Carlin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Armorer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears bulky tan painted plate armor. Her white hair is cut short. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. A true patriot, Oda would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Oda was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears long strands of amethyst and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. He has gray eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His yellow fur is greasy and uncared for. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is content; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This man stands a little under 6'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His red hair is long and unkept. His fierce white eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Iados hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes him a fraud
