His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He became a Barber soon after.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. After months of barely getting by, Ulfgar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
