History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Ghaliver took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Williamina was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He bought a lance and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
