Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a pickaxe, but if one is not available he will default to his shortspear. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. His black eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Astar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a black tunic with tan highlights, and long green pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has no crest. His gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bidreked does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a Mason, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is blonde and very short. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Priest. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Hoshû was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and to be a stylist again

Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. He carries with him a set of glaives on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is greedy

Description: She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her hair is short and white. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Bolhild was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Junk Dealer. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
