History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Shava was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shava fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. A true patriot, Nalaed would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Nalaed was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
