History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Through the years after Shava was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shava's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Peren embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Peren hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants a kiss

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Born in the west to a Locksmith, Delre learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
