Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Umpen was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Pyxrin was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shanairla embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
