Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gardain embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born to a Dilettante, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Gardain and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Anselm was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now owns his own business.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: Bardryn wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bardryn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
