Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Ortegar was born with his father's beautiful face. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
