History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and a deep hatred of dire rats

History: Gennal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has achieved small success as a Cook.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Laborer. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her childhood dream was to be a Hunter, but she was a colossal failure. She now owns her own business.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative.
