History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bucklal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Willow was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Willow's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Willow and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She found a children's book about a Human Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: He was born in the west. Gennal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
