Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears professional attire. His tied-back hair is brown. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears many layers of old clothing at all times. She keeps her cinnamon fur in a flapper bob. Her copper eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Barkeep. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the south to a Shipwright, Broce learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Broce alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull yellow iron scale mail. Her hair is short and brown. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her silver eyes.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she has money and likes to spend it
