History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born in the south. Spear was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Bounty Hunter. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Spear fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hadwisa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
