From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. After a long history of fighting, Herleva and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Portia hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
