History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. After coming to the age of reason, Balimaar took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Jade was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed sickle, just in case. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is a Stableman first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She now owns her own business.
