History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
