Description: This woman is typically in her Fortune-teller uniform. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her blonde hair is thinning but still full. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Hugolina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hugolina decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She became a Fortune-teller soon after.

His brass crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
