Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Interpreter job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He tends to his Adventurer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.
