History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Naivara's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Naivara and her spouse have recently divorced.
