When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adam grew up listening to his father's many stories. Adam abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now owns his own business.

History: Nikki was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. After months of barely getting by, Oolah managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Ribbles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
