History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Halander's homeland. Halander decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Quelenna was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
