Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Matilda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Adelard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and many brigands want him driven away

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
