History: Lucan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Gifted from a young age, Whurdred studied abroad. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the south to a Knight, Hoshû learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He tends to his Knight job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Sarah's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Sarah lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
