The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is a Slave Trader first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the north to a Slave Trader, Mary learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. She tends to her Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs, and he perpetually has his lance ready. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ulblyn isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the north. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. His black hair is lengthy. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Voice: Sighs a lot, exhausted

Description: He is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
