She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to goblins.
