She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Cora isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Cora has worked very hard to control her curse. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
