History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Semyaza was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born to a Fisher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He married young, but lost his spouse to orcs. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.
