History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she usually wears her white robe and has her whip always slung over her shoulder. Her golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nikki embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Nikki never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hogar studied abroad. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Hogar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ar-Gul fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is her passion; and she desires power and/or immortality
