Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'7". He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and his gloved hand is found clutching a club. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

Description: A 4'7" southern woman, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her golden hair is cut short. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Herleva grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a violet vest and prefers grey and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is chestnut and curly. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

Description: She wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a spear on her belt. Her auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her broad tan hat.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Shepherd, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Mortician born in the past three hundred years. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mortician. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.
