History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now owns his own business.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Riswynn grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people
