A freak accident while working with her Shepherd mother left her crippled. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shepherd. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Valafar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Valafar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
