Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Jo was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Weaver. She tends to her Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
