Description: This man is very fat, and wears a tan coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. He has wavy golden hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: Burgell is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
