History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Thorin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Thorin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a Shipwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Orsik and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She is greedy; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: She is a Fisher first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Tarak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Tarak and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
