She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His bronze crest is thinning but still full. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Barfa grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Healer soon after.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Matilda's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Matilda lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.
