Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Windy was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She became a Hunter soon after.
