Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Jacoba was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jacoba fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This malnourished man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His golden hair, when down, is lengthy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Azaki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Azaki. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Servant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Valida wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Valida enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the east. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: She wears a violet deerstalker hat and violet clothes, and she perpetually has her spear ready. Her deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. The war was a terrible time for her, and Rohesia does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
