History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Raiann was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Moon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Moon. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
