History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Roofer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
