Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Altho grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Altho. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
