She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Pelt alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Pelt and her spouse have recently divorced.

Syllin was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Syllin never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
